The Declaration Continues

This next section of the Declaration of Independence tells us that Humankind has a priori rights that are given by "their Creator". Any government may not take them away, for they are ours to claim at will.


We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

  • That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, 
  • That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.



There are fundamental truths on which our nation and her traditions are built:
  • That God endowed all of humankind with rights that Government may not take away.
  • That life itself is sacred, and a person's life belongs to them alone.
  • That human liberty may not be taken by Government or Man.
  • That each person has the right to pursue their own happiness so long as it does not interfere with others.
  • That the role of government is to protect these rights, not to restrict or take them away.
  • When government tries to take things from The People that are rightfully theirs – whether singly or collectively – it is The People's right to change it, or to eliminate it entirely and put a new one in its place.
  • It is The People's right to decide what manner of government might best protect their safety and happiness.

The Declaration Begins:

I think it is time to take a look back in history, to the days of our founding. Lets start with a look at the Declaration of Independence. I'm compelled to take this Sacred Text for a Free People a little at a time, first giving what is in our founding document, and then giving where I see us to be today. Comments are welcome.

IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,


When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.



Over a period of several decades The People of these United States of America have become bound by people not of The People. The powers of Earth have been pulling The People into darkness, and made every effort to corrupt the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God that have been eternally granted to these Americans. They had become dormant in the minds of Humankind, but current events are stirring them. These immutable Laws, written in the hearts, minds and souls of Free People are awakening, and The People are becoming aware, once again, of their purpose, their power, and their might. Liberty is calling, and the hearts of Men and Women are yearning to take what is theirs, and restore the Nation to its rightful place as Humanity's Lighthouse, to guide Humanity back to the path out of the darkness in which the Powers of Earth is casting them. Out of respect for The People it is time to declare our Path and follow the Light.

The Argument for Boehner's Retirement.

At the first opportunity to start enforcing the results of the election, John Boehner surrendered to Barack Hussein Obama and gave him what he wanted. He did nothing to break the back of the illegal White House power grab. Instead, he headed up ramming another giga-bill down the throats of the American people.

It is time for Mr. Boehner to retire from his position as Speaker. He is doing nothing but hurting the American public, respect for the Constitution, American business, and the GOP. He lacks the integrity of a tapeworm. HE MUST GO.

Remember that Mr Boehner is the last surviving member of the "Gang that Couldn't Shoot Straight" that worked together to knock Gingrich out of the Speaker position, but shot eachother more often than they did Newt. What goes around comes around. His time has come. We all know that the reason the GOP had such a great election this year was that Obama has screwed up so often and has reached the point where he hurts himself more often than not. It had nearly nothing to do with Boehner, and was caused by the groundswell of Americans who had enough with the Democratic plantation owners who are hell-bent on enslaving the American public. It is time for the grass-root alliance of conservative Republicans and independents to pressure the Speaker to step down and have someone else take over. All Boehner has done for the last two years is make bad decisions and hurt knock down the wave of Americans who want Obama out of office. It is time for him to go. It is time to have congressional leadership focused on what is good for America, and not on filling their own coffers.

The Muse Awakens

I have been watching and waiting to do this for some time. I have a need to post things regularly but need it to be somewhat confidential who I am - at least for the time being. I've spent a couple of years posting some fairly inflammatory articles on FaceBook and Twitter. But I've found that it isn't all that wise - especially since I am a government contractor. I'm pretty sure that I've had contracts end prematurely, and others never materialize, because of my political musings. So I've decided to change my focus in FaceBook and elsewhere, to keep my writings less volatile. But here is where I will put the truth. I still need to be able to say that Obama is a traitor. I just don't want it to impact my ability to hold down a job.

Today being 12/13/14, it seems appropriate to start this blog. I will pass it along to FaceBook and see how well I can grow an audience. But the focus from herein is not on me. It isn't even on my thoughts. It is on our country, and the need to save the USA from those who are running it.

So this post marks the awakening of the muse.
